Mated in turn to platinum and silver foxes it took five years of experimentation to reproduce its original type end ten more years to increase its fertility and vi- tallty and to standarlze its pres- cnt golden color and fine quality. These fox skins are large and full, characterized by long silky hairs. Gold-en Glory embraces three shades, a ooppery tone which be- comes more delicate in tone in skins that are more profusely tip- ped. In the darkest tones as well as the lighter ones the color is es- sentially subtle. Fromm's new mutation reminds us of the time in the early 1040's when the late J.
