W HEREAS upon reading the Petition of Henry Longworth and Charles Kennedy, Esquires, Administrators of the said Estate, now on file, setting forth, that the personal pro~ perty of the said Deceased was insufficient to pay ofl' the debts due by the said Estate, and pra ing that icense may be granted to them to sell the Real state of the said Deceased, for the payment of the said debt; and also, upon reading a certified copy of the Inventory of the Real and Personal pro- perty of the said Deceased, also on file, and annexed to the said Petition : N ow, therefore, I do order that the parties inter. ested in the said Estate do appear before me, in the Court House of the Colonial Building, in Charlottetown , in the said Island, on Monday, the twenty-ninth day of April, instant, at noon of the same day, to shew cause, if any they can, why the prayer of the said Petition should not be granted; and I do further order, that a true copy of this order be published in the Royal Gazette newspaper of the said Island, for at least three con- secutive weeks from the date hereof, so that all arties in‘ terested in the said Estate, may have notice thereo .
