New Fisheries Vessel Ordered OTTAWA (OP) — A isosioot fisheries re a e a r c h vessel equipped with the latest navi- gation and electronic gear is being ordered by the Fisheries Research Board for its Atlantic fleet, it was announced here. Tenders have been called for the vessel, which is scheduled to go into service in the spring of 1966. It will have a range at 3,000 miles at a cruising speed of 11 knots and will be equipped for stem trawling and scallop dragging. The vessel will have a com- plement of 21 scientific officials and crew. Canada, U.S. Split Dory Races GLOUCESTER, Mass.
