tory of the port previous to this season
was made by the S. S. Landsdowne on
. Dec. 2-ith. 1887. This year the steamer.
ran uninterruptedly to the last week day
ofthe year with the exception of Friday
the 29th when owing to a thick snow-
storm she did not leave the wharf, al-
though there was no ice in the harbor.
