A Rodolphe Dubois murdered his mother-in-law, Mrs. Olemphe Thebault, his wife, aged 34, and his two chil lren, one age d four years and the other fone months. The deed was committed with an axe about 11 o'clock this morning up to 10 p. m., the whereabouts of the murderer are unknown. Smith and Bridges got a slight scratch on the inside of the foot where he had scraped it with his shoe, in all about as big as a mans thumb nail.
