POLICE COURT —- A Char- lottetown resident was sentenced to seven days in Queens County Jail by Magistrate K. M. Mar- tin in City Police Court yesterday morning after he pleaded guilty to a charge of drunk in driving. Another City residen , charged with the theft of a 1954 automo- bile was remanded until April 28 for entence after he pleaded guilty ‘as charged. Two other Charlottetown men charged with being drunk and incapable were also brought before the Magis- trate. One was remanded one week for sentence while the other was fined $10 and costs or: 5 days. A Charlottetown youth was fined $20 and costs or 10 for complete line of Master Feeds call on Dillon and Spillott Ltd. I FUNERAL IN STANCHEL — The funeral of Mr. Alexander Cairns was held from his late residence on Saturday afternoon April‘ 19th, and despite the con- dition of the roads was largely attended. Rev. J.
