Multi- cultural Council is having its annual Fall Festival at Confederation Center of the Arts on Saturday, November lst. The P.E.l. Multi- Cultural Council is an information and gathering center. Nine groups belong totalling approximately 3000 people. It has been in operation since 1973 and is funded through the ‘Secretary of State.
