Peter Keenan, for being drunk and incapable was fined $4 or 20 days, H.McNeill for being drunk and incapable was fined $2 or 10 days. A similar fine was im upon J.;Mctovnis, who was also charged with drunkeness. The case of Alice Hawkins, charged with violating the Liquor Regulation Act, was continued for one week. FoxeraL Yesterpay.—The funersl of the late Mrs. Henniker was held yesterday afternoon, from her late residence, Wyther Grange, Winsloe, the interment taking place at Milton Cefhetery. The impressive Epiecopal Church service was held at Milton Church, the Rev. T. B. Reagh, Rector, officiating. Ex-Msyor Dawson, Capt. Leigh. R. N., Dr. Warburton and Thomas Handrabam, Edmund Horne and Thomas Pierce, Esquires, were the pall bearers. The funeral was exceptionelly Jarge, being attended by friends not only from the surrounding country but from Charlottetown, testifying in no small de- gree tothe high esteem in which the deceased lady was beld.
