Its substance is composed of famous American relics gathered by the Sens and Daughters of the American Revolution of the Wars of 1776, 1812, 1846 and 1861. Among other relics contained is the gold fob worn by President Lincoln when assassinated. The bell will be shipped West this month and first rung at Chicago on July 4th.
