Matthew was a clutch performer in the AUS championship, as he score two of the most important goals in his AUS soccer career over the past weekend. He score the game winning goal in the semifinal game against Saint Mary's, which UPEI won 1-0, and score the game winning goal in overtime against Dalhousie, as UPEI won the AUS cham- pionship. Matthew is a graduate from Bluefield High School, and is currently in his second year of the Science pro- gram. In his spare time Matthew enjoys film making and playing his guitar. Jennifer Pickering: Female The female player of week nine of the sports season is Jennifer Pickering. Jennifer played a solid game for the women's vol- leyball team over this past week- end. Jennifer plays very well both offensively, as she had 5 kills, and defensively with 10 digs. Jennifer is a graduate from Bluefield High School, and is currently in her third of the Science program. In her spare time Jennifer enjoys hanging out with friends, and she hope to one day enter into the medical field.
