brought by the Executors, for ad-

construction of the will of the de-
ceased. It seems that, after the death
of Mrs. Connolly, among her papers
was found a deed to her sister Mrs.
Bridget Coady of a brick building
and premises on Dorchester Street.
Charlottetown, and the question aro-

The death of Donald Nicholson
which occured at Elen Forest on Feb
28th 1912 removes one of the oldest
and most respected residents. He was
in his eighty first yesr and had by
his quiet and peaceful disposition en-
