He was 59 years of age and was born in Newport, P. E. 1., son of the late Michael James McCor- mack and Mary Ann iMcDonald) Mocormack. He was well known both in New Brunswick and P.E. Island, having been a oheese- maker for 39 years. He is survived by nine daugh- ters and one son. The daughters are: Marie, Alice (Mrs. Albert Kyle, Hamilton, Ont): Velma (Mrs. Harold Layden. Goshen. N. 13.). Mary. Doreen, Loretta (Mrs. Harvey Lynch, Oromocto, N. 13.), Ruth. Rose, Grenna, and son Donald; one brother. Angus Mc- Comack, Newport, P. E. I. The funeral was held from his late home at Goshen Monday morning at 9 o'clock to the Church of the Most Precious Blood, Goshen. N.B. High Mass of Requiem was celebrated by Rev. D. F. Boudrean. GRIFFIN The death occurred very sud- denly at St. Andrews, of William F. Griffin on Ftobruary 26. 1953. The late Mr. Griffin was born in St. Andrews on March 17. 1888, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Griffin. Willie, as he was familiarly known to his friends, had surfer- ed for many years from a heart ailment and consequently remain- ed always at home where he was a perfect host and friends were always welcome. There is left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory, one sis- ter Mabel, and two brothers. One sister predeceased him. The funeral obsequies were con- ducted at St. Andrew's Church by the Pastor Rev. Ge rge Mac- Cormack, who also con ucted the service at the grave. The pall- bearers were: D. J. MacDonald.
