      group,
      which
      meets
      every
      Sunday
      at
      6:00

      been
      working
      on
      several
      projects
      since
      its
      formation
      it
     
     
      October.
      One
      of
      the
      main
      objectives
      of
      the
      group
      is
      to
      compl
     
     
      a
      proposal
      for
      a
      Women’s
      Center
      on
      campus.
      Requests
      fy
     
     
      information
      about
      funding,
      etc,
      have
      been
      sent
      to
      Women’
     
     
      Centers
      at
      other
      universities
      across
      Canada,

      the
      replies
      and
      drafting
      a
      proposal
      based
      on

      working
      in
      conjunction

      the

      Service
      to
      commemorat,
     
     
      the
      Montreal

      Canadian

      regarding
      the
      existence
      and
      use
      of
      gender
      neutral
      lan.

      policies
      on
      other

      Recently,
      information
      about
      the
      White
      Ribbon
      Campaign
      wa:
     
     
      given
      to
      the
      group
      and
      was
      passed
      on
      to
      Norm
      Collins,
      presiden
     
     
      of
      the
      Philosophy
      Club,
      who
      has
      offered
      to
      organize
      this
      cam.

      Each
      week,
      the
      group
      meets
      fora
      discussion
      and
      update
      on
      the
     
     
      progress
      made
      on
      these
      projects.
      As
      well,
      we
      discuss
      new
      ideas,
     
     
      debate
      current
      issues,
      and
      host
      interesting
      guest
      speakers.
