St. Andrews is situated 46 miles east of Mon- treal nn the Ottawa River. Dr. MacMillan arrived here on June 27th and spent some time in Pic- u. NS, where he conducted the services in St. Andrews Presby- terian Church on two successive Sundays. Dr. MacMillan, who was born in New London, P.E.I., obtained his Arts degree from McGill in i907 and his B.D. in 1909. He was made a Doctor of Divinity by the Pres- byterian College, Montreal, in i939.
