The girls' curip. ages I to M. will be from July 8 to N. This will be followed by two boys' camps. for those sled 9 to 11, July 30 to August 1 and for older boys 12 to M from August 1 to 13. p The Committee was agreed that every consideration be given the Festive Week in July and this has resulted in camp dates being four days later than last year. The Camp directors reported that many of last year's most capable sts.ff members would be bsok again this year. These vol- unteer ataff members give up summer vacations and employ- ment in order to assist younger youths. They deserve a great deal of credit for the success of our '1!" camps. The Committee was informed that Ivan Robinson will be un- able to act on the staff this year. Mr. Robinson. is now on the pro- gram staff of the Ignace ;0ntario) Y.'M.C.A. and will be sorely missed by many an old ”Y" camp- er who is used to lvsn's ready as- sistance at camp. Two prospect- ive persons to replace Mr. Robin- son were discussed and a report will be made at the next regular camp meeting. The Committee was agreed that costs or camping were greatly increased from last year and be- cause ol this fees may have to be increased slightly. The camp has maintained the same low rate of fees for four seasons but at pres- ent levels is unable to meet ris- ing costs. Plans were discussed for org- anizing a work party to re-open and clean up the beach and camp property. Mcnivbcrs of the Committee pre- sent were Mrs. Earl Taylor. Miss Margaret Mackenzie, Mrs. Tim Tyler, Mr. W,E. Agnew, Mr. J. A. Likely. Mr. F.N. Norton. Mr. J.A. Simmonds, Mr. H. Thoniseii and Mr. Tim Tyler.
