The first visited was the Western School in which therc are quartered 62 men in charge of Sergt. D. White, here every thing was to be found in excellent shape. the sleep- ‘ng quarters are neat clean and com- fortable. The next quarters visited was the Agricultural Building. in which therc arc quartered 192 men. As in the Western School, every thing was to bc found in excellent condition and thc men in charge of Sergt. McDonald were well pleased with conditions. In ‘thc Draco building. the next place vi- sited thc some conditions were to he found and the men quartered there among whom were a number who had been transferred from Charlottetown were loud in their praise of their uuar- tcrs. v. visit to the Kitchen, Mess room, toilet and bath rooms of each building was also made and in each place nothing but cleanliness and neat- ncss was to be found.
