IN pursuance of an Act of the General Assembly of this Island, made and passed in the Twenty- fourth year of the reign of IIer Majesty, Queen Vic- toria, intituled, “ An Act relating to the Land Assess- ment at present imposed by Law on the Town and Rev- alty of Princotown,” and also of an Act made arid passed in the Twenty-seventh year of the same reign, intituled, “An Act to consolidate and amend the Sever- al Laws imposing an Assessment on all Lands in this Colony, and for the encouragement of Education,” I do hereby give Public Notice that I have made procla- clamation according to the terms of the said Acts, of all the undermcntioned Town Lots, \Vater Lots.
