Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out ot Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Robert Bruce Stewart, against Peter Mellroy, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Peter Mellroy, All the right, title and leasehild interest of the said Peter Mellroy. in and to Fifty acres of Land, more or less, situate on Lot 30, on the Line Road, bounded as fol- lows :—-bounded on the East by the Line Road, so called, on the West by the Elliot River, on the North by land oc- cupied by Archibald McNiven, and on the South by land occupii d by Angus McFadyen, together with the buildings and ap mrtenanees thereunto belonging, in Queen’s County; and I o hereby give public notice, that I will, on Thurs- day, the 28th day of February, 1867, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £16 11s 7d , and 16s. 8d. for this writ, be- sides Sherifl"s fees and incidental expenses.
