THOMAS MURPHY. lt is the Guardian’s painful duty this morning to record the death. which took place on Saturday night after a short illness at the City Hospital, of Mr Thomas Murphy. The deceased, who was in his seventy-sixth year, was one of the pioneers of the flour- ishing parlsh of Kinkora and was ex- tensively engaged in agriculture up 'to abou ten years ago when he re- tired from farming and came to Char- lottetown, where he has since resided.
