     Dec. 11, David MacLeod noticed a large 
     
     in the tree at the back of the house at 
     
     12 Greenfield Ave., Ch'town. In the morning, Dec. 12, 
     
     Joyce MacLeod identified the bird as an immature 
     
     Northern Goshawk. It was then resting on the ground, 
     
     moving its wings from time to time. later, Joyce no— 
     
     ticed the bird was not moving and went out to investi— 
     
     gate. The bird was dead. A taxidermist diagnosed the 
     
     cause of death as intestinal blockage because of a
