     I can remember it well. It was two years ago that 
     
     my grandmother crossed the sea from Ireland to take 
     
     up residence hére on the Island. She arrived with 
     
     but one suitcase, assuring us that a large trtmk 
     
     would arrive soon after. It 'would contain all of 
     
     what she  most of life's goods. 
     
    

    
     WhatrshouId have taken a few weeks ended in 
     
     months of anxious waiting. I recall coming home 
     
     from school one day early in the Fall and finding 
     
     Gran sitting on a stool in the garage, leaning 
     
     into a large steel- framed case. I soon could 
     
     see how thrilled she was that it had finally arrived 
     
     She had already begun to examine each item carefully 
     
     That whole afternoon I sat in amazement as one by 
     
     one she reflected, with deep pleasure, some 
     
     rememberance, some tale, involving each piece 
     
     0f treasure. I recall how at one point she took 
     
     Such care in renovinga book frcm-the bottan of 
     
     iZhetrim'kandhowsh'e thenturned andhanded itto' 
     
     me. "This is for you" she 'said'. With a quick 
     
     glance I Could see that its red-clothed cover was 
     
     severely faded and its pages brittle and yellowed. 
     
     "This book", she continued, "was my mother's .' 
     
    

    
     Many times she had read portions of it to me, and 
     
     IWant you have it." 
     
    

    
     This  I now read nightly for each page 
     
     tails in some new way of an unchanging truth, that 
     
     beng man's way of escape from death unto life 
     
     through Jesus Christ. Oh! The title of the book: 
     
     "A Traveller's Guide, from Death to Life."»' In

     I am one of those many people who believes 
     
     that the message of God's word never changes. 
     
     The message of Christ's dying to save us 
     
     from sin is as powerful today as it was 
     
     one hundred or so years ago when the 
     
     Eagllg 's Guide was first penned , and as 
     
     true as in that very period in history when 
     
     God's own Word was first recorded. People 
     
     can indeed deny a real experience with the 
     
     word of mouth, but in their heart, what‘s 
     
     real, cannot be denied. I've experienced 
     
     the saving power of Christ in my life. 
     
    

    
     That experience can be yours. "Believe 
     
     on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt
