HE Trinity House at Quebec has given Notice that durinr' the season the navigation is open, a Light willbe exhibited on the Peninsula in Gaspe Bay, 12 miles N. W. by N. from Cape Gas we. The light is a fixed white light, elevated 40 feet above the level of the sea, with the following bearings from it :— Cape Haldimand, South. GaSpc Basin, \V. S. The light is intended to serve as a guide to vessels passing between Sandy Beach and the main land opposite. _ [All Bearings are Magnetic.
