Included nmong these roads are, the Old Borden road from Vicwria to Carleton; the Kil- dare Capes road, the Ouicilnranf road, the Murray Harbor road, the‘ Lower Montague road, the Wharf! Owing to the difficulty of ob- taining bridge building materials of a. more or lass neminnent nat- ure, the Department built only one steel bridge, this being erected at Gowan Brae. There was only one concrete culvert built, this being placed at the northern end of the. Se kirk Road. A new creosote lim- ber structure of 80 feet span was erected at ihe site of the Qunurnirc Bridge, Wellington. This bridge is on the main paved highway mid had hitherto been an unsafe mir- row bridge dangerous t0 tmffic.l F1893 - - 1943’ On their fiftieth business birthday the Direct- ors of Moore & McLeod Limited offer their grateful thanks to their kind friends through- out this Province . . . . and beyond, whose support and patronage through the years has made possible this half century of service.
