American Su Refining Company

tives today failed to iind the sugar
interests either guilty or innocent of
mllntalning a monopoly in violation
ofthe Sherman anti-trust law.
Between the years of 1891 and 1907.

inion that this eqnipnny and its pre-
decessors waged a well organized cam-

Sugar industry, and to weaken and

scy's maiden name was Christian R.
Tuplin daughter of John and Mary
(Belltliiyl Tuplin of Margate, where
she spent her earlylife. She was 57
years, 8 months and 23 days old. Mrs
Hussey had resided in Berwick for
twenty~seven years and was held in
high esteem by all who knew her.
Home meant everything to her but
she was always ready when the op-

help those in trouble. She was a mem-
ber of the Methodist Church at Mar-
gnte l’. E. I.. bitt during her residen-
ce here has attended the Free Baptist
church at Beach Ridge. She, is sur-

irinnn Durant, a trained nurse and
