Commission. asking them to demand

The only reason assigned for the re-
leasg of the naningoes is that the Span-
iants still wish to make Cuba as un-

been in prison, at least, once for crime.
The crime may be anything varying

reputable characters, desperate reck-
. less foes of order, destroyers of pros-
