The feature events of the 2-day program will be the plowing Clllfjel climaxed by the E550 provincial ch"rx'i...i- ship class on Thursday. the first and second winners of which w'll represent the Province as a team in the all Callilfllall plowing match competition to be held in Coburg, Ontario in October. Mr. and Mrs. William Baker of ,Lakeville. had an unfortunate ac- pcident on September 12 when their ibarn and piggery burped down. Numerous people came from far land near to assist them. Mr and Mrs. Baker are highly respected citizens of the community and all their many friends share with them in their recent loss. The death occurred in Elmira on September 10 of Mr. Arthur Mc- Neill at the age of 88 years.
