Marcu 8, 2005 Attention Nursing Students The PEI Health Research Institute is pleased to invite proposals for funding under the Nursing Care Partnership (NCP) Research Program. This program is funded by the Canadian Health Services Research Foundation (CHSRF) through the Canadian Nurses Foundation in partnership with the PEI Department of Health and Social Services, PEI Health Research Program and the Prince Edward Island Health Research Institute (PEIHRI). These awards will support Prince Edward Island nurses who are conducting research on nursing care issues and building nursing research capacity. Priority will therefore be given to research that is practice-based or that will provide the background for future practice-based studies. The NCP Program does not fund health system research. Deadlines for receipt of applications for these awards are April 25,2005 and July 1, 2005.
