The main psnel of the ceiling is embossed and p iuted in oil colors of delicate J‘avendar tint. The frieze surrounding the main pavel is laid off with smaller panels and raised mouldings, jines and ornaments [he styles are nice tists of terre eotta. A raised cornice ex eads around the wall of the room. Below this cornice is a frieze with an ornamental scroll io crimson and gold colors. The main panels of the room are highly embos:ed in shell and fan patterns, and painted in delicate tints of sea and olive greens. Yester- day, when his body was removed from Oldsworth, the coffin was carried from the hoase by his old servants, and placed in a small cart. The relatives formed in pro- cession behind the cart and started for the station. Upon arriving at London, the body was at once taken to Westminster Abbey. Str. Joun, Oct. 12. Last night a most disastrous fire broke out in the livery stables of John McCoy.
