     Y virtue of a Writ of Alias Fieri Facias, to me directed, 
     
     issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of J udica- 
     
     ture, at the suit of John Alister Somerlet McDonald, against 
     
     Malcolm McC: nnell, I have taken and seized as the proper- 
     
     ty of the said Malcolm McConnell all the right, title an :1 
     
     leasehold interest of the said Malcolm McConnell, in and to 
     
     two hundred and thirteen acres of leasehold land, situate on 
     
     Lot or Township No. Thirty-five, bounded and described as 
     
     follows, that is to say: Commencing on the south side of 
     
     St. Peter’s Road, at the boundry line between Arisaig and 
     
     Glenaladale; thence south nineteen degrees fifteen minutes 
     
     east, s1x chains and sixty links on said line; thence south 
     
     by the variation, thirty-one chains and seventy links; thence 
     
     parallel to said boundary line eleven chains and eighty-five 
     
     links ; thence south six ty-eight chains and forty links, to the 
     
     Hillsborough River; thence west along said river twenty 
     
     chains and fifty links ; thence north one hundred and four- 
     
     teen chains to St. Peter’s Road, and thence along said road 
     
     to the place of commencement, bounded on the north by the 
     
     aforesaid road, on the east by said boundary line of William 
     
     Murphy and John McFreley’s farms, on the south by said 
     
     river, and on the west by Neil McInnis’s farm, in Queen's 
     
     County, and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on 
     
     Tuesday, the twenty-sixth day of July, 1870, at Twelve 
     
     o'clock. noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the 
     
     said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said 
     
     property. or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy markei 
     
     on the said Writ, being for the sum of one hundred and thir- 
     
     ty-nine pounds, sixteen shillings and three pence currency, 
     
     besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

     count Melville, against Charles Crawford, I have taken 
     
     and seized as the property of the said Charles Crawford,

     Charles Crawford, in and to all that piece or parcel of 
     
     land situate at Cardigan River, and bounded as follows, 
     
     viz: On the east by land occupied by John Crawford, on 
     
     the north by wilderness lands, on the west by land owned 
     
     by Angus McDonald, and on the south by Cardigan River, 
     
     containing one hundred acres of land, a little more or less,

     TRAY IlElFER.——There has been on athe Sub- 
     
     scriber’s premises for the last tour weeks or so, a 
     
     stray Heifer, about 3% years old. The color is: neck. 
     
     rod; face, white; body, spotted red and white—chiefly 
     
     white. The lower part of the left ear is notched. by 
     
     having a circular piece cut out. The owoerof said 
     
     animal is requested to come and take it away, as other- 
     
     wrsc, it will be sold by public Auction. before the Sub-
