Briggs Head Summerside Bowling League With the completion of tho first half of the Summerside Commer- cial Bowling League schedule, sta- iistics show that the Curran and Briggs team is leading the league with a total of 50 points, two ahead of the City suckers who are holding down second place and live points up on the third-place West Enders. The second half of the schedule will commence tonight, and from here on bowling will be hold only once weekly, which will be on Wednesday night as in the past league competitions and will be held at the Capitol Bowling Al- Keys. On complelioii of the second half of Lhé‘ schedule next spring, the leading twelve teams in the 16- team league will see action in playoff competition.
