At Two, v.m., the Sous will again as- semble at the Town Hall, and from thence will proceed, accomoanied by their ex- cellent Band, to the beautiful Government House Grounds, the use of which has been most kindly granted for the occasion by His Excellency Sir Alexander Banner- man, where a ‘l’ea and other Refreshments will be provided. The proceedings of the day will be en- livened by Instrumental and Vocal Music of the best and choicest description.
