That llieaffairsof the Societ shall be regulated b a President, two Vice Presi ents, Secretary and Treasurer, and a Committee ot‘scven members, four to be. a quorum, who shall manage and transact all the business ofthe society, under the direction and controul of the general meetin , at which meetings the office hearers are to be annual! elected, and that only four of the members ofCommittee go out of office annually. 3d. That the Secretary keep a regular Cash Book of all moneys received and paid by the Society; and also aMinutc Book, in which he shall note all their transac- tions—such books to be patent to all members of the Committee. _ 8th. That the‘ General Meeting be held on the First Wednesday in January, yearly, when the Secretary and Treasurer’s accounts he audited,and the report of the Committee received. _ 9th.
