Indeed, we think the theatre should provide aisle mattresses to protect themselves against lawsuits from in- jured patrons. This hilarious force- oamedy is by far the funniest picture to rssch the talking screen. ‘There is n. laugh from start to finish and the film piles up riotous situations so fast they develop into one prolonged round of guffaws. 111s cast is rounded out by Cllfl (Ukele Ike) Edwards, Yols. d‘Avril, Sandra Ravel, Edward Bropby,’ George Grossmith and Peter Gaw- thorne, all splendidly csst and oler- lng fine performances. The plot concerns the adventures of the ysyward nephew of s blither- lng mgiish lord in France. He meets up with three French girls and is joined in hid escapades by_two for, mcr Yankee doughboys. The plot. reaches s screaming climax in a fashionable Parisian style salon and is finished by a wedding scene as unique as ever imagined. There is one song hit in the pro- duction, "You're Simply Delish" which you are bound to like.
