The _Carruthers Silver Black Fox Company, Limited 14 Pups from 4 Pairs Of Last Yeai°’s Pups who .Can Beat lt ?_ __ ' Owing to the pheno mc-nal success of this Company, the Directors have heen importuned by several to make an addition to the ranch, so that they might be given achance to buy stock in a going concern; that has had such signal success. 1 ' '- Accordiiigly ata meeting of the shareholders called to consider the proposal of making an addition to the ranch, the Directors were given discretionary rower of increasing the number of pairs for next year, up to the nunilzer of fcxcs produced in the ranch. The old shareholders were given the first cpportunity of subscribing 'for the new issue of sto_ck_ upto June 20th. As ihis date is passed and as there is still some of _the stcck left ull- sold, it is_now thrown open l_o public subscription. _ _ _ This is not a recarpitalizaiicn as the term is understood by fox- financier. .It 's simply an add_ltion to the ranch._ he price of the old foxes is not increased. hut is left at tlhe figure at which they _were put in. The young are placed in il'_c ranch cn the basis of $16,000,-per~ pair. This includes lthe ranch, the building of additional pens and all other incidental ex- penses, except the keep of the foxes. ” ` ” ” ' ` The Ranch and Management _ The Company in addition tothe foxes owns the ranch and two acres of land on which the ranch is _situated The ranch is located on the farm of J. M.McLeau_ Esq., New Perth. Mr. McLean_ is ranch manager and has proven himself a most valuable asset to the share- holders. He is one of the Company’s largest shareholders, and the Directors have entered into a most satisfactoryagreemerlt with him, whereby he feeds and cares forthe foxes forthe comlng yearat a price that willonly amount to a fraction of 10 p. c. of the value of the estima- ted increase. ' , When we come to consider that the ranch in addition to the seven pairs of young' to be added, contains four pairs of foxes, one year old, that have this year produced fourteen pups, anyone will grant that it is the most attractive investment on the fox market today. The Foxes _ Not only are all the foxes eligible to registration in Class A. but the Directors hold the certificates of ihe breeders of the original four pairs to the effect that all are pure Island bred, not one of the number containing one drop of foreign blood, as may occur in the ordinary Class A. f0_x_ They are of zi prolific strain, as the results of this year prove. Feciindily isan in- herited trait, and will he transmitted to the progeny. Hence the Company expects to have next season eleven pairs of foxes from which large litters may with confidence be anticipated. This ad will appear for one wceli only. The old shareholders have already taken a large block of lhestock and, owing to the ici'orrl of the ranch and the low capitalization of the foxeks, we expect the balance of the slr i lt lo be bought up in the course of ihe next four wee s. - ' ' _ _The Prospectus is at present in ilzc hands of the publishers and will be mailed, an ap- plication afier July 5th next. __ Terms Price $100 (pai) per share, payable as follows;-10p. in with application, balance Septem- ber l5th 1914, when stock certificates will l:c issued. - Make all postal orders and cheques payable to the Si'ci'errify-Trcasui'er.
