     Present, in Northumberland Strait” will be the title of a 
     
     lecture delivered by research scientist Kate Kranck of the 
     
     Bedford Institute of Oceanography. The lecture, which 
     
     is the third in the current Island Lecture Series, will be 
     
     given on Monday, March 14 at 8 o’clock in the evening at 
     
     the Hon. George Coles Building, Charlottetown. The se-
