The Committee apointed to investigate the claim of Mr. Fremont Parsons for damages sustained by being run over by a hose cart as previously reported recommended that he be paid $15 in full of all claims. The recommendation was on motion adopted and the amount ordered to be paid. It being a holiday they armed themselves with bowsand arrows, borroweda boat whose owner was tempor- arily absent, end went out into the harbor to shoot wild geese. A stif breeze oil' land unfortunatelysprung up and carried them out to sea.. When about opposite` the Lighthouse their yells for help attracted the attention of the light keeper, Capt Allen, who shouted directions to them,but whatever skill they may have had in aiming an arrow, they failed to to hit the lighthouse. Capt Allen took his boat, overtook the castaways and brought them to the lighthouse whence they were brought home some time later by t-he Frank C.
