Jim Griffith has told Derek Key that if the S.U. wishes to go ahead with this project a $650.00 grant will _ The station will seek a license renewal at a Halifax hearing of the C.R.T.C on October 5. The _C.R.TIC. and the Department of Communication are demand— ing the installation of a field, strength meter in order to approve the station's technical certification. Since the station expects to have such a meter in— stalled by mid—January» there is little likelihood \ ofxthegCIR.T.C not granting the station a license renewal.
