Hailey was born at Montague, in
‘Prince Edward Island, upwards ol
seventy years ago, her father being

Iwi- death Mrs. Hailey sent from

tity of household furniture, which
was placed in the house occupied by
her sister from whom, as previously
mentioned, she subsequently purchas-
ed. the premises in 1906. Some of
this furniture she afterwards took
buck to Massachusetts and some re-
mained nnd was in thc house when
she died therein. f .
lt is not disputed that on her
marriage in lliassachusetts `Mrs,\Bail-
ey acquired the Massachusetts domi-
cil of her husband-(Harvey v. For-
nie. 8 ADD. Cases at p. n. 50-51),
sind that that domicil of choice con-
tinued up to or about February,
1911, .when she vi-sited Montague for
the last time. But it is contended
for the appellants that .on leaving
