     The. Commissioner of Public Lands 
     
     .shall advertise for sale, in the Royal Gazette 
     
     newspaper of this Island, the said Lands so 
     
    

    
     V. The Commissioner of Public Lands surveyed and set out as aforesaid, briefly de- 
     
     shall demand and receive from each tenant, oe- scribing and specifying therein the lands of- 
     
     cupant or purchaser requiring such endorse- fercd for sale, and giving such other particu— 
     
     ment of discharge, the sum ot five shillings, tlars relating thereto as he may think neces- 
     
     to be paid into the Treasury of this Is- sary. Any person or persons applying to the 
     
     land for the use of the Government. Commissioner of Public Lands and consenting 
     
     and agreeing to purchase a farm or location, 
     
     at the price fixed thereon, as aforesaid, and 
     
     complying with the terms and provisions of 
     
     this Act, shall, if the said Commissioner shall 
     
     consider him or them eligible, be entitled to 
     
     have a farm or location conveyed to him or 
     
     them, in manner and form as hereinafter men- 
     
     tioned, subject to the provisocs, conditions and 
     
     restrictions in the Deed of Conveyance of such 
     
     farm or location, and in this Act set forth and 
     
    
   
   
    
     VI. The unsold Lands belonging to the 
     
     Estate shall, nevertheless, still remain vested 
     
     in the Commissioner of Public Lands, as be— 
     
     fore, to be managed and disposed of in accord- 
     
     ance with the said Land Purchase Act, or 
     
     otherwise, as may, from time to time, be by 
     
     law ordained. 
     
    
   
   
    
     VII. The provisions of this Act shall ex- 
     
     tend to all Estates heretofore purchased, as
