And a sum of one hundred pounds to defray the expense of railing in and planting Trees round the Colonial Building, Charlottetown. And a sum ot'two thousand five hundred pounds, at the disposal ofthe Government, for the establish- ing ofand stocking a Model or Stock Farm. And a sum of one thousand pounds, at the disposal ofthe Government, towards the erection of a Mar- ket House in Charlottetown. And a sum of one hundred pounds be granted and paid to the Solicitor General in addition to the sum to be paid him by statute for his services for the current year.
