ion of the Regatis committae, the
weather is not suitaole tor racing. is
this case the event will be sailed the
next day. Each ot the following races
will be over the same courses. alternat-
ing the triangular and tie windward
and return course.
The courses will be located off the
Jersey coast. and each race will st irt
and finish at the Sandy Hook lightship,
as have the majority of the races hereto-
fore.

rules of the New York Yacht club,
whose rules also govern the system of
measurement and time allowances.
The measuring rules are as follows:
The competing yachts shall be meas-
