it is with deep sorrow we hr ve to
record the sad delath of Mr. Everett
Garrett, of Cable Head West, on Nov.
18th at the early age of 22 yours. The
deceased, who was the eld`r_;t son of
__Mr. and Mrs. Joshua Garrett, 'had re-
side in Lowell, Mass, but had been in
nailing health for some time and early
in the summer, he came to his fathers
home to regain his strength. Every
_, thing wins done for him that loving
hands and medical aid could do, but
in vain. All through his long months
of sickness, he never murmured but
wlas always patient in itrlbulation and
put his trust in his -Saviour whom llc
knew would take away his
sufferings....n.nd plain. Mr. (inr-
reltit was a most esthnable
young man, of kind, gentle and
~ cheerful disposition, loved and admir-
ed byrali who knewiiim. To know him
was to love him. He was la graduate
of Unlion Commercial College, having
    graduated 'with thigh honours. One
might be able po appreciate the high
esteem by which he wssregnrided in
the community by thle teairs that were
shea by his friends _ond _relatives in
the- funeral service, which was con-
ducted 'hy Rev.__J. M. 1V_|g_oLeod. who
visited him during his illness. and
beyond, to be wiiih Christ which is for
better. The funerlhwhich took place
on Nov. 0th was largely attended
