ations, no indemnities," Berlin will
be the absolute controller of all their

Where Germany Would Win
The argument that Germany will.
in the event of a drawn war, or ln
any event but that of absolute de-
feat, control Austria. Bulgaria and
Turkey, does not need to be elabor-
ated. The fact leaps to the eye. This
means that, whereas before the wer
Germany was composed ot some 68.-
000,000 people, she will be able to
extend a hegemony over 150,000,000

men. What European combination
