A list of some of the more suitable articles which are required, with information as to sizes, qualiti- es, is here given Some of the most suitable articles for the troops are as follows:-- SHIRTS, DAY (COTTON OR FLANNEL).- Sizes 15, 16, and 17 inches neck measurements. These should bc made to the pattern of n rnan's ordinary shirt, and should have the size boldly marked inside the back of the collar in red worsted. BED JACKETS.-Patterns of these ought to be obtained from some of our mercliaiit tallors, PYJAMA SLEEPING SUITS.- Tiiesc snould be made of thin flannel, Ceylon, or best quality non-iniiamnble ilaunelettc. The most useful sizes are: Chest 46 and 48 inches, waist 42 and 44 inches; length of jacket from back of neck, not counting col- lar, 28 to 32 inches; length of leg out- side, 40 and 42 inches, inside 28 and 30. These sizes should he distingu- ulshed by the chest measurements being \vorked in a distinct colour of worsted inside the back of the col- lur. Complete suits to be tied to- gether. DRESING GOWNS. - These should be made of light and warm wool material, the most useful sizes being 42 and 44 chest measurements, and the length from the back of the neck from 55 to 58 inches. The sizes should be distinguished by the chest measurements and length being worked in red worsted inside thc back or the neck, thus: 42-55. All flannel used should preferably bc grey or army blue.
