E. AULD; President, Charlottetown, G A. B. McDO.\lALD, Secretary-Treasurer, Charlottetown, C. PJPE FLETCHER, Vice-president, Charlotte- town WM. J. MCEACHERN, Mt. Albiorr. 0ltice ot the Company fharlollelown Properly The property of the Company now consists of four pairs breeders 'Black Silver Foxes. (pedigreed “Royal Blacks”) The original pairs were selected from the Dalton and Frank Tuplin ranches, and the Company ooniidently believe they have a quality of foxes equal to the very best' They have proved very prolgiic, the increase in your last year being two bun red and fifty per. cent. The Company also own their own Ranch at Seal River, sp‘endidly situated, fully equipped in the most up-to-date manner, the outside boundaries enclosing _three acres, allowing ample room for extensions. The Ranch is under the management of Mr. .W. A. jenkins, who has had several years' experience in breeding Foxes, and who has been very successful. Mr. Ienkins is paid a fixed salary for his services and a fixed amount per head for feeding the foxes. No other salaries, commissions or per centages being paid anybody, consequently the C-_~mpany’s foxes are being maintained at the lowest possible cost, and therefore the shareholders will par- ticipate to the last possible dollar in the earnings of the foxes. New Capitalization It is now prop' sad to add to the holdings of the Company three pairs 1913 young, to be selected from the progeny of tl e present four pairs cf breeders, making in all four pairs of breeders and three pairs of young, and to increase the paid up catpital of the Company to ;$r26,oco.o:> (twelve hundre and sixty shares of $Ioo.oo each, Of this amount $69,000.00 is now offered for subscription, and it is expected the present shareholders will take the largest share, leaving a comparatively small amount to be otfered to the public at par. Prospects 1 The prospects for the future are very bright in deed. Foxes are selling t~~d.\y higher than ever, and the industry has te ken firm hold in the other East- ern Provinces of Canada. It is yredctcd that the present or even higher prices will rule next year and that foxes will continue to be sold for breeding pur- poses only for a gcod many years to come. Figuring conservatively, the Company’s profits for 1914 are estimated as follows: 4 pairs Breeders should yield - - 7 pairs pups 3 pairs voting should yield - - 3 pairs pups ro pairs 1914 Pups at $10,000 - - $1ro.too Less estimated Keeper’g Salary, Feed, 0 Repairs, Q. - 2000 Profits - '- - $98-00° or tver 75 per cent cn the proposed paid up capital.
