Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of John Lefurgy against James Craswcll, deceased. late of Sums merside, in Prince County, Prince Edward Island, I have taken and Seized, as the property of the said James Craswell, deceased, in his lifetime, All the right, title and Freehold Interest which belonged to the said James Craswell, in his life time, and of which he died seized or possessed, in and to the following described pieces or parcels of land, viz :—Comiuencing at a stake fixed on the north-west angle of a Lot of Land willed by the late William Green to his wife, and now in the possession of Alexander Shaw; thenCe running north 30 deg. east 23‘.) feet; thence 4l deg. 15 min. west 384 feet; thence south 36 deg. west 221‘.) feet; thence south 41 deg. 15 min. east 384 feet, to the place of beginning. Containing two acres, more or less. Also the following piece of Land. com- mencing on the south side of the Summerside Road, 40 feet from the stake of commencement of the last described tract, thence south 30 deg. east, to the shore of Bedequc Bay; thence westward- ly along said Ilay, a suflicicnt distance to make 200 feet, on a line parallel with the road aforesaid; thence north to the said road; thence castwardly along said road to the place of beginning, con- taining a quarter of an acre, more or less. Also, all that piece or parcel of land situate at Summerside aforc said, Commencing on the north side of the Summerside ltoad, in the east angle of a Lot of Land in possession of David Pearson; thence along said David Pearson’s land north 30 deg. east 126 feet; thence south 41 deg. 15 min. east. 60 feet; thence south 30 deg. west, to the road aforesaid; thence westwardly along said read to the place of beginning. Also, all that tract. etc., commencing on the north side of the Summerside Road, in Alexander Shaw’s south angle; thence along said Alexander Shaw’s line north 30 deg. east 120 feet; thence north 4| deg. 15 min. west 60 feet; thence south 30 deg. west to the road aforesaid; thence eastwardly along said read to the place of beginning, being part of the property willed by the late William Green, situate in Summerside, Lot or Township No. 17. in Prince County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will. on Friday the 28th day of September, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £176 5s. 7d., with interest on £167 ls. 10d, part thereof from lltb January last past, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and Incidental expenses.
