     The Gem will have a special Christmas issue coming out on 
     
     December 14th. Any societies, professors, students, or anyone else 
     
     who wishes to submit something for this issue the deadline is Mon- 
     
     day, December 11the at 3:00 pm. 
     
    

    
     Submissions will be accepted now, and anytime up until the 
     
     deadline. Please specify if your early submissions are for the spe- 
     
     cial Xmas issue otherwise they will be put in the issue of the week 
     
     your submission was received. 
     
    

    
     Try to accompany your submissions with photos, Christmas 
     
     graphics, sketches, etc...if possible. 
     
    

    
     If you would like photos taken for this special issue, please ean 
     
     the Gem early to make appointments with the photographer. If 
     
     you cannot reach anyone at the Gem, please leave your name, num-
