Also, one moiety of town lot number ninety-one, in thi- fourth hundred of lots in Charlottetown, situate on the south side of Fitzroy Street. ceinmenciug on the north-oust corner of a. plot of land occupied by one James Crochet. thence by a line running at right angles with the said street south for a distance of 70 feet, thence by right angles cast- Wardly 42 feet. or to the western line of Cumberland Street, thence at right; angles northerly along the said street 70 feet. until it meets the southern line of Fitzroy street, thence westerly to the place of commencement. 3rd. Also. one-fourth part of town lot number fifty, in the first hundred of town lots in Charlottetown, fronting on Dorchcstcr Street, with the dim-hing house and buildings thereon. 5th. Also, parts of town lots numbers forty-eight and forty-nine, in the first. hundred of man lots in Chtn‘lottcthn aforesaid, having a front of about seventy-ole feet on Dorchcstcr Street, and ex- tending back in part eighty feet, at. present in the occu- ation of Daniel Griliiths. together with the dwelling 01180 and buildings thereon. 6th. Also, all that certain property known as the Pavilion Hotel and premises, comprising one-third part of town lot number seventy- eight, in the first hundred of'town lots in Charlottetown, having a front of about. one hundred and twenty feet on Dorcbcstcr Street, and about Fifty-three feet on Great-George Street and at. present occupied by the Misses Street. 7th.
