James Warburton, Treasurer of Prince Edward Island, or. behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, against the following Pasture Lots, and parts of Pasture Lots in the Royalty of Charlottetown, being the arrears of assessment due thereon for the various sums following, viz :—-— £1 16s. 5d. on Pasture Lot No. 27, 1 16s. 5d. do 39, 1 16s. 5d. do 297, 1 163. 5d. do 431, 1 16s. 6d do 499, O 195 1d. on 3} part of Pasture Lot No. 23, 0 198. 1d on E part of Pasture Lot No. 28, all in the Royalty of Charlottetown.
