     IN» pursuance of an Act of the General Assembly of this 
     
     Island, made and passed in the Twenty-fourth year of the 
     
     reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled " An Act re— 
     
     lating to the Land Assessment at present imposed by Law on 
     
     the-Town and Royalty of Princetown,” and also of an Act 
     
     made andpassed in the Twentyxseventh year of the same reign, 
     
     intituled, “ An Act to consolidate-and amend the several Laws 
     
     imposing arr-Assessment on all Lands in this Colony, andsfor 
     
     the encouragement of Education," I do hereby give public 
     
     notice that I have made proclamation according to the-terms 
     
     of the saidActs, of all the undermentioned Town Lots. W‘ater 
     
     Lots, Common Lots, Pasture Lots, Islands, or parts of Island, 
     
     Townships, oriparts of Townships, in this Island, in arrear for 
     
     “xenon-payment of the several sums due and owing thereon
